Overview
Safety was the primary driver for this project at Victory Academy. We were commissioned to create a new, safe access route for students entering from the main road, replacing a muddy and unsafe bank. The scope included excavation, concrete step formation with handrails, paved pathways, and comprehensive drainage installation.

The Challenge
The steep, muddy bank posed stability and access challenges. Ensuring the new route was fully accessible and durable enough for heavy student footfall was critical. The works also had to be coordinated with local authorities for safe roadside access.
Our Solution
We engineered a stable concrete step structure with appropriate drainage to prevent water accumulation. High-visibility handrails and non-slip paving were installed to ensure safety in all weathers. The result is a durable, safe entrance that enhances the school's perimeter security and accessibility.
